Elizabeth was formerly the editor of the Central Penn Business Journal — where she learned a lot about high-
quality journalism, hard work, and building communities. Her work in national and international outlets has often incorporated stories from Pennsylvania.
After serving as editor of CPBJ, she worked as a business editor in New York City and later joined the founding team of Wealthfront, the first major online financial advisor (WLTH), where she crafted the language that launched the online investment movement. She has worked in international development, reporting, writing, and teaching from conflict zones around the world. Her work has been published in outlets including The New York Times, Quartz, Forbes, The Atlantic, Stanford GSB, CNBC, HBR, and Newsweek. She is also a consultant at the World Bank in Washington, D.C.
