Barley Snyder

Attorney Kimberly Kipnis has joined the York office and litigation practice group of law firm Barley Snyder.

Kipnis worked most recently for a small law firm in York where she focused on a variety of areas, including insurance defense and civil litigation.

Before entering private practice, Kipnis was senior deputy prosecutor for the York County District Attorney’s Office, where she managed one of the office’s general trial teams. She began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph C. Adams in the York County Court of Common Pleas.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in sociology and world literature from Penn State. She earned a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kim to Barley Snyder,” York-based partner Justin Tomevi said in a statement. “Her dedication to client success and litigation background will strengthen our capabilities and enhance our team dynamic.
