Josh Grove has been promoted to finance manager for Investment Real Estate Group of Companies.
Grove joined the York-based company in March as a senior staff accountant. In his new role, Grove will expand his support across various departments with a primary focus on debt placement and investor relations. His responsibilities will include negotiating terms and preparing reports for both investors and lenders.
“Josh has proven to be an outstanding asset to our team,” company CFO Jack Fritsche said in a statement. “His positive attitude, dedication and ability to quickly adapt have made a remarkable difference. We are excited to see his continued growth and the contributions he will make in his new role as finance manager.”
