Community Services Group

Community Services Group, a Lancaster-based provider of mental health and intellectual disability services, has promoted several executives.

Melissa Jones has been named vice president of mental health services. Aimee Tsikitas has been named vice president of mental health treatment Services. Jim Martin has been promoted to the newly created role of chief of clinical innovation within mental health.

Jones joined Community Services Group in 1989 and has held various leadership positions throughout her tenure. She has a master’s degree in clinical psychology and is a certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner.

Tsikitas, a licensed clinical social worker, has been with Community Services Group since 2001. She has held several roles of increasing responsibility, including program director of outpatient and partial hospitalization programs and director of mental health treatment services.

Martin joined Community Services Group in 2009 as director of outpatient services and has since held various leadership positions. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple University and a master’s degree in counseling and human relations from Villanova University.
