Amber Roadcap has been named executive director of The LGBT Center of Central PA.

Roadcap worked most recently in a marketing role at Malvern Health. She began her career as a crisis intervention counselor at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital.

Roadcap previously volunteered at the LGBT Center, which is moving this year to a permanent home at 1323 N. Front St. in Harrisburg. The nonprofit provides housing, support groups and other programs in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster and York counties.
