On April 30, York-based Rutter’s opened its 87th location and second of 2024. The convenience store at 100 Cramer Road in Shippensburg is over 10,250 square feet.
Lama Food LLC has leased 5,940 square feet at 1239 Roosevelt Ave. in York, a property owned by Dean’s List Realty LLC. The space will be the second location for the York-based restaurant, Chef Lama Indian Nepali Cuisine. The original location is at 3320 E. Market St. Nate Resh and John O. Birkeland of ROCK Commercial Real Estate brokered the transaction.
York-based Moove In Self Storage acquired a self-storage facility at 650 Swedesboro Ave. in Mickleton, New Jersey. The 11.72-acre site features a rental office, 386 drive-up units, 68 temperature-controlled units and 125 parking spaces for vehicles, boats and RVs.
Justin Ruby, Katherine Carrillo and Josh Hankey opened Gallery VII at 116 E. King St. in York. Sponsored by Royal Square Development & Construction and Polly Rost, the gallery aims to put regional artists in a national spotlight and bring national artists to York.
