Alyson Fieldman has been named chief growth officer at Stambaugh Ness, an accounting and professional services firm based in York Township, York County. It is a new role designed to guide the firm’s strategic direction and growth.
Fieldman, who has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, was previously chief marketing officer at New York-based Marcum, one of the country’s 15 largest CPA firms.
At Marcum, she led an award-winning client experience program and contributed to growth of 16% from 2021 and 2022, according to Stambaugh Ness.
At the York firm, she is expected to work with leaders to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities and expand the firm’s market presence, among other things. “We are confident that Alyson’s strategic vision will propel SN’s success to new heights,” Stambaugh Ness president and CEO Steven Hake said in a statement.
Fieldman is based in Ohio, according to a Stambaugh Ness spokesperson.
