Melissa DeBarbieris has been named senior counsel attorney in the franchising, licensing and distribution group at Lancaster-based law firm Saxton & Stump.
DeBarbieris has nearly 15 years of experience as an attorney and has spent the last six years of her career focusing on franchising law.
DeBarbieris also has worked with commercial real estate developers in purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, entity formation, corporate governance and compliance, labor and employment law matters, and trademark maintenance and management.
She earned her law degree at the Loyola New Orleans School of Law and her undergraduate degree at Loyola New Orleans.
