Former West Shore law office sold

The former Camp Hill office of Reager and Adler law firm was sold for $1.7 million to Community Options, a Princeton, New Jersey-based nonprofit that provides housing and job opportunities to people with disabilities, according to Bill Rothman, founder of Lemoyne-based RSR Realtors. Rothman represented the seller, the estate of the late attorney David Reager.

Community Options has an existing office at 5237 E. Trindle Road in Hampden Township.

Sharon Schwab, the office’s executive director, confirmed the transaction but declined to comment on the nonprofit’s plans for the new space, a 13,515 square-foot, multitenant building at 2331 Market St.

Community Options was represented in the deal by Tracey Tressler of Linlo Properties

Reager and Adler merged at the start of this year with Harrisburg-based law firm Smigel Anderson & Sacks following the death of David Reager in 2023.

The background: Community Options provides services in a dozen states, often under government contracts.

In Pennsylvania, the organization has received funding from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and Department of Human Services, according to state contract records.

The nonprofit has more than 15 offices in Pennsylvania, including one in Wrightsville to serve Lancaster and York counties.
