Shweta Srikanth has been named chief circularity officer for Ecore International, a Lancaster-based flooring manufacturer. She brings about 15 years of experience in strategy and leadership roles, primarily in the healthcare and industrial sectors.
As circularity chief for Ecore, Srikanth will spearhead the company’s commitment to sustainability and practices that create a circular economy, one in which products are recyclable and made from recyclable materials, reducing waste.
Ecore makes flooring from recycled and reclaimed rubber, mostly from used tires. Its floors are used in healthcare, athletic, industrial and other facilities.
