Denim Coffee Co. is leasing 2,500 square feet of retail space at 17 S. Second St. in Harrisburg from Harristown Enterprises. The space is on the first floor of the Menaker Apartment complex, a 28-unit property developed by Harristown in 2022. The new store is slated to open by the end of 2024. Based in Chambersburg, Denim has an existing store in Harrisburg, as well as locations in Carlisle and Mechanicsburg. The second Harrisburg location offers more seating than the first, which is at Fourth and Walnut streets. Denim also is planning to add a store in Lancaster.
H&E Property Management LLC purchased 775 Lombard Road, an industrial property in Red Lion, from Donna L. Massey for $2 million. Jason Turnbull and Damian Reed of ROCK Commercial Real Estate brokered the transaction.
