Industrial Highway Enterprises LLC purchased 2101-2127 Industrial Highway and 2131-2139 Industrial Highway in Springettsbury Township, York County, from DGR Partners LP for $2.15 million. Jason Turnbull of ROCK Commercial Real Estate brokered the transaction.
H&E Property Management LLC paid $2 million for a manufacturing facility at 775 Lombard Road in Windsor Township, York County, according to county deed records. Dallastown-based Yoe Construction is leasing 23,142 square feet on the property for a new steel fabrication shop. Metalworking business Hess Ornamental Iron also recently moved into the property, which was formerly home to a company called Formit Steel. Hess is leasing 19,123 square feet.
