Adam Grim has been named director of strategy for Launch Kits, a web design firm based in Columbia. He will lead digital marketing bootcamps that help business owners make the most of their new websites, as well as efforts to make Launch Kits a go-to provider of affordable, custom websites.
The new role is a return to roots for Grim. He co-founded the firm as Sparrow Websites alongside Justin Rule in 2016 but left in 2019 to work for a digital marketing startup in Ohio.
Rule bought out Grim’s stake in the business and rebranded it as Launch Kits, with a focus on helping founders and entrepreneurs quickly set up websites, according to Rule. The company, which now employs eight people, has created more than 1,200 websites for small businesses.
When Grim decided to move back to Pennsylvania for family reasons, he approached Rule about job opportunities.
